The Spa at Sundance

Come relax, unwind, and heal. The Spa at Sundance, inspired by Native American traditions, features natural therapies using organic herbs and oils. Treat yourself to an array of spa treatments that will feed the soul and help reenergize and rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul.

Art Studio

Unleash your creative potential by visiting the Sundance Art Studio. Visit the gallery to view a rotation of pieces from local artists. Spend two hours in an Art Studio class and take away a lasting memory of the Utah wilderness. Choose from single-session workshops in jewelry making, wheel-thrown pottery, leather journal making, painting, drawing, printmaking, and soap making.

Hiking

Enjoy the interpretive nature of Sundance’s 10+ miles of alpine trails for the beginner to the expert hiker. Take a casual lift ride up and enjoy a scenic trail back to the base, enjoy a guided hike, or get your daily workout by hiking up to the summit and riding the chair back down. If you choose to enjoy a guided hike, each of Sundance’s mountain guides have a thorough knowledge of the history and area of Sundance and the North Fork Canyon.

Scenic Lift Rides

Enjoy scenic lift rides that offer a panoramic view of the mountain as you glide to the top of Ray’s Summit. After enjoying the impressive views during the lift ride on your way to the summit, take the opportunity to explore the mountain landscape. Venture off on some of our designated hiking trails or just sit and enjoy the mountain’s tranquil beauty.

Mountain Biking

The same terrain that makes skiing and snowboarding at Sundance so incredible also makes for some truly amazing mountain biking. Sundance offers 25+ miles of lift serviced single track mountain biking, with challenging terrain and breathtaking vistas. All Sundance trails are designed for uphill/downhill riding and have excellent intermediate and advance trail riding. For those who are new to mountain biking we recommend a course at our Mt. Bike School to get you up and riding safely on our trails in no time.

Horseback Riding

Located in one of the most beautiful mountain ranges, the Sundance Stables are the perfect place to experience horseback riding at its finest. Enjoy breathtaking scenery as you traverse through pristine mountain terrain. Catch a view of the beautiful Stewart Falls, listen to the sounds of nature, and enjoy your cowboy guide as they lead you on a trail ride with your trusty mountain horse.

Zip Tour

Just five minutes from Sundance Mountain Resort you'll find one of the premier Blue Ribbon trout fisheries in the world:The Provo River. The Provo River is known for its large German Brown Trout, easy wading access, prolific hatches and stunning beauty. These features combine to create a world-class fishing experience any time of the year. Sundance is an Orvis authorized dealer.
